Caroline Jordan Chair Cardio

The Caroline Jordan Chair Cardio Program, is a FREE low-impact exercise program which is beneficial for older patrons. All you have to do is bring a seat cushion! These classes, performed from a video routine, will be assisted by Bridgette Connelly-Howe, will last approximately 30 minutes and will be held in the Community Event Room of the library every Tuesday @ 6 PM for 6 weeks (10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26 and 12/3).
